Cheryl Tracey

Cheryl is an award-winning orthodontist with advanced specialist training. She holds a Master of Science degree in orthodontics, a Membership in Orthodontics and a Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons, London. She is also a Consultant in Orthodontics at the Glenfield Hospital, Leicester.
After graduating from the University of Birmingham with an honours degree, Cheryl trained in oral surgery at the Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire hospitals. She became a lecturer in oral surgery at Birmingham Dental Hospital before training as an orthodontist at the Royal Dental Hospital, Leicester Square and Kingston Hospital. It was here that she was awarded the Walther Prize in Orthodontics.
Cheryl went on to train as an advanced specialist orthodontist at The Royal London Hospital and Guy’s Hospital, where she accredited to become a consultant. She spent 16 years in Germany as a partner in an orthodontic practice in Minden, passing the German state examination in orthodontics. In 2004 she returned to Rutland along with her family.
